Meet

KAITY

Hi, I’m Kaity

The girl behind the camera, probably cracking a joke while fixing your hair and telling you that you’re doing amazing.

Kaity Elizabeth Photography started over 5 years ago during a season of big change. After coming out of a long relationship, change in careers, and moving towns, life suddenly looked completely different for me. With extra time on my hands and a camera I’d always loved but never fully understood, I decided to finally learn how to use it properly.

What started as curiosity quickly turned into something much bigger.

I researched, practiced constantly, attended workshops, and spent 12 months offering free shoots to family and friends just to learn and grow. Then one day, I decided to step outside my comfort zone and turn it into a business.

And honestly? I’ve never looked back.

FUN FACTS ABOUT ME

Probably Reading Another Romance Novel

When I’m not editing galleries or chasing golden light, you’ll usually find me nose deep in a book. Total comfort hobby and probably the reason I romanticise life so much.

FUN FACTS ABOUT ME

Just a Girl Trying to
Grow Roses

Keyword: trying.
I love slow mornings, fresh air, and anything that makes life feel a little softer and more grounded. Some of my fondest memories growing up were spent with my Grandma tending to her beautiful rose garden with so much love and pride. Every rose I see reminds me of her and the special memories we shared. Forever loved, forever missed.

FUN FACTS ABOUT ME

Dog Mum First

Big love for my family, my fur babies, and the people closest to me. Home is my favourite place to be, usually with Herbie & Hollie nearby keeping life entertaining.

FUN FACTS ABOUT ME

Country Raised Always

Growing up rurally shaped so much of who I am and definitely influences the way I photograph people. I’m drawn to the simple moments, the connection, and the beauty in the everyday.

FUN FACTS ABOUT ME

Cooking is Kinda my
Love Language

I genuinely love being in the kitchen, cooking for the people I love, trying new recipes, and making home feel warm and lived in. Good food, good company, and slow evenings are my kind of thing.

Why Photography Means so Much to Me

Growing up rurally, professional family photos just weren’t really something we did.

Mum was always the one behind the camera capturing memories of us kids, but very rarely in the photos herself. Now that I’m older, I understand just how important those moments really are.

Photos become part of your family history.

They’re not just for now, they’re for your kids, your grandkids, and the stories told years down the track. They hold the little details we forget too quickly.

That’s why I care so deeply about capturing the real moments, not just the perfectly posed ones.

A Relaxed Approach That Feels Like You

I’m not here for stiff poses or forced smiles. I want your session to feel easy, comfortable, and genuinely fun. The best photos usually happen in the moments in between, the laughs after the kids run wild, the quick glances, the wind blown hair, the cuddles you didn’t realise were happening.

I focus on connection over perfection every single time. Usually there’s a bit of banter, a few terrible jokes, and plenty of gentle guidance so you never feel awkward in front of the camera. Because the photos you’ll treasure most are the ones that actually felt real
